Phase 1 — Tracking (90s): A bar drifts left and right. Use ← → arrow keys to keep it centered. This measures your baseline tracking accuracy.
Phase 2 — Math (90s): Arithmetic problems appear. Click the correct answer. This measures your baseline math speed and accuracy.
Phase 3 — Dual Task (7 min): Both at once, plus a gauge that creeps upward. Press Space (or tap the gauge) when it crosses the red line. The difference between your baseline and dual-task scores is the dual-task decrement — the real measure.
